Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support Strategy Team in identifying Space42 s growth themes/focus areas & developing annual strategic plan
- Articulate the strategy in detail, with rigorous data gathering, in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Drive corporate strategy execution with the support of Strategy Team
- Support Strategy Team in analysis (i.e. strategic & financial plus basic spectrum/technical/commercial feasibility) of organic growth opportunities and formulate recommendations
- Support Strategy Team in inorganic growth opportunities (i.e. due diligence of targets, deal analysis and documentation, etc.)
- Establish excellent working relationship between various departments to facilitate inter-departmental cooperation on initiatives, transfer of information & support, required to assess and execute opportunities
- Support other Space42 departments in execution (e.g. term sheets, SPAs, closure process, post-merger integration etc.)
- Gather, analyse, and maintain up-to-date market intelligence on relevant industry trends, competitors, products, and customer demand. This includes identifying key developments and emerging opportunities that impact the company s strategic goals.
- Develop high-quality market analysis reports and summaries tailored for specific internal audiences. This will involve synthesizing complex market data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository for all market intelligence materials, ensuring they are well-organized, easily accessible, and updated regularly
- Serve as the go-to resource for market intelligence within the organization. Share educate and inform colleagues across the organization about key market trends and insights. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and presentations to keep teams aligned with the latest market developments.

- Financial & Resource Management Effective financial management includes preparing operational and capital budgets based on the organization s strategic plan, justifying the budgets and managing daily operations in accordance with the budgets. It may include identifying vendors, negotiating and managing contracts, and conducting cost-benefit analysis on contracts, programs or services. In addition to using tools such as information technology, equipment, supplies and space effectively.
- Organizational Knowledge In depth knowledge of organization s policies, procedures, and decision-making structure. The organization s structure, traditions, values and culture should always be considered. Must consult frequently with organizational leaders and stakeholders before making decisions, and to consider the viewpoints of others.
- Customer Satisfaction Must cater to internal & external customers ensuring their demands are met, their concerns are constantly addressed and resolved in a professional & adequate manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Strategy / Business Development function in industry or a top-tier strategy consulting/private equity/investment management firm
- Experience serving satellite services, telco or tech industries preferred
- MBA / Master from a top-tier school, undergraduate in business or engineering
- Excellent English language skills
