• Oversee the entire inventory management process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock control.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient stock control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand accurately.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory management system with attention to detail.
• Lead and provide training for junior staff members in best inventory practices and policies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times and optimize stock levels effectively.
• Ensure compliance with the company's inventory policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate inventory reports for management decision-making.

• Monitor and manage the movement of stock through purchasing, receiving, and shipping processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
