What You ll Do

* Lead the technical delivery of bridge, underpass, and transportation structure designs across multiple projects
* Conduct technical reviews and ensure high-quality, technically sound outputs before submission
* Identify opportunities for innovative solutions and value engineering
* Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and approving authorities to manage schedules, approvals, and design interfaces
* Present design concepts and technical matters to clients and stakeholders when required
* Provide direction to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring clarity of expectations and priorities
* Report on design progress, resourcing needs, and delivery milestones to the design manager or team leader

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in structural design, particularly for bridges and transportation infrastructure
* Proven ability to guide, mentor, and lead junior engineers in technical delivery
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral
* Dedication to technical excellence, quality design delivery, and innovation

Desired Skills

* Professional qualification/certification (PE, CEng, or equivalent)
* Prior experience in UAE or GCC on bridge and infrastructure design projects
* Experience with a variety of bridge types and cut-and-cover tunnels
* Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards and common data environment design workflows
