Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of projects with industry

regulations. This role involves performing detailed structural analysis, reviewing designs, and leading the structural engineering

team to deliver quality results within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform detailed structural analysis and design for major projects.

* Review and approve structural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

* Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure the successful integration of structural

solutions.

* Lead and mentor junior structural engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

* Prepare and submit structural documentation and reports to ensure project compliance.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Project Specifications and Delivery

* KPI: Ensure 100% compliance with structural specifications on all assigned projects.

* KPI: Deliver 95% of structural designs on time and within budget.

2. Team Performance Management

* KPI: Achieve 90% or higher performance and engagement score for the structural engineering team.

* KPI: Mentor and develop at least two junior engineers annually.

3. Quality and Process Improvements

* KPI: Implement two new process improvements annually to enhance structural design quality.

* KPI: Achieve a 95% or higher quality compliance rate for structural deliverables.

4. Schedules and Deadlines

* KPI: Ensure 100% adherence to project deadlines for structural engineering tasks.

* KPI: Resolve 90% of structural issues within 72 hours of identification.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.

• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino) and engineering tools (SAP2000, STAADPro).

• Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
