Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own daily and weekly work plans aligned with the projections

  • Lead KATA discussions with concept and planning teams for inbound releases and replenishments.

  • Conduct Control Tower reviews and publish SLA performance data to management.

  • Execute outbound dispatch planning

  • Monitor and improve individual and team productivity; coach underperforming staff.

  • Oversee inventory accuracy both in bin and process level

  • Support new WH projects including racking realignment and layout optimisation.

  • Conduct regular floor walks focusing on area cleanliness, process improvement, and backlog clearance.

  • Ensure safety awareness and SOP compliance across the team.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • SLA compliance: Unloading SLA adherence, Handover adherence, Returns SLA adherence,

    • Cost Per Piece (CPP) and Throughput (TP)

    • Daily Plan vs Actual

    • Timely closure of GRNs, Returns processing

    • Customer complaints tracking and RCA
