Senior Supply And Demand Planning Specialist /Retail Operations Net2source Inc.

The Senior Supply and Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end supply and demand planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting, timely replenishment, and optimal inventory management across the group. He/she coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to secure efficient flow of goods and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and monitor the flow of shipments from suppliers to destination, ensuring adherence to procedures, documentation accuracy, and timely delivery.

-Support the senior management in analyzing supply and demand data to maintain accurate forecasts and ensure product availability.

-Execute daily and weekly replenishment activities, reviewing purchase orders, shipment plans, and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory across stores and warehouses.

-Prepare reports and analyses on supply chain performance, stock movements, and forecast accuracy, and highlight areas of improvement.

-Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations and timely resolution of any discrepancies.

-Support feasibility studies and data preparation for new brands or product launches, ensuring accurate planning inputs.

-Assist in benchmarking and evaluating logistics and transportation rates, reporting any cost variances and supporting cost optimization efforts.

-Ensure compliance with supply chain processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and proposing enhancements in processes and systems.

-Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align on stock valuation, slow-moving items, and demand planning accuracy.

-Maintain accurate records in relevant systems (ERP, Excel, or planning tools) and ensure data integrity.

-Provide support in developing and implementing supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.

-Act as a key contact between internal departments and external partners to resolve planning and logistics-related issues in a timely manner
