Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1) System Management & Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and maintain D365 environments and supporting infrastructure (Windows Server, SQL Server, Azure resources).

  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.

2) Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain security policies, firewalls, and access controls.

  • Conduct audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance.

3) Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Develop and test backup and recovery plans.

  • Configure Azure Backup and Site Recovery solutions.

4) User & Role Management

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication mechanisms.

  • Provide technical support and training for end-users.

5) Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Prepare reports on system performance and resource utilization.

6) Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work with cross-functional teams on IT projects.

  • Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance.

7) Workflows & Handhelds

  • Maintain workflows

  • Maintain Handheld Terminals Permissions

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience:

  • 5 7+ years in system administration roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, Azure services, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Technical Skills:

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP/CRM).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
