Under supervision, provide individualized vocational training to consumers (adults with varying degrees of learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities) and organize all aspects of job site placements. Finding and attracting passionate and mission-driven professionals, partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and then execute recruitment and selection process ensuring the strategic talent goals of the company are met.
Bachelor degree and above.
Minimum 5 years experience in same field.
Well knowledge in evaluation and career path & KPIs.
English/Arabic / Spoken & Written
Successful candidates should posses the following:
Experience with other areas of people or talent operations such as employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, etc.
Good understanding of the local employment laws that frequently impacts the workplace.
Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, compensation/salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
Team work excellent relationship building skills and customer service orientation.
Experience tracking and analyzing data and recruitment metrics to drive sound decision making.
Good understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Demonstrate regular and relevant communication style whilst adapting to others from different nationalities and cultures.
