We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented senior talent acquisition specialist to join our spirited, full life-cycle recruitment team. You will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience to meet our company s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
• Collecting hiring requests from the company s different departments to fill vacancies in a timely manner
• Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies
• Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints
• Identifying, developing, and promoting diverse recruiting sources and methods to widen Nagwa s pool of talented candidates
• Operating our recruitment tracking system to manage our candidate pool from posting to offering and sending feedback emails/closing the vacancy
• Screening applications by analyzing and evaluating applicants qualifications in accordance with job requirements to determine best-qualified candidates
• Conducting pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates
• Interviewing potential recruits and identifying those suitable for shortlisting and providing candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate
• Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs
• Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers
• Liaising between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required
• Attending employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates and to the public

More than 5 years
Bachelor's Degree at least
Computer Software E-Learning Education


Banking / Financial Services / Broking

HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Work Experience
• Bachelor s degree in any relevant field
• 5 years of general experience in HR field (including at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition)
• HR certificate/diploma is a must
• Excellent command of the English language
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with international hiring is an asset
• Experience working on Recruitment Software is a plus
