Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Join a well established multinational construction company based in Dubai
- Lead a team to handle the end to end recruitment life cycle

- Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR department and leadership team.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's position within the property industry.
A successful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of the property industry and its talent requirements.
