Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.

Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Support product owners in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.

Coordinate and facilitate communication among developers, QA engineers, and solution architects.

Analyze complex systems and data flows to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Participate in solution design reviews and validate proposed solutions against business needs.

Ensure documentation and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
