Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and verify the execution of architectural, fit-out, and joinery works on site in accordance with approved shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.

• Resolve design and coordination challenges in real-time to prevent project delays and rework.

• Coordinate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure accurate and timely implementation of works.

• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design, highlighting any deviations or non-conformities.

• Lead technical coordination meetings on site, ensuring integration between architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines.

• Review and validate the installation of materials and finishes on-site, ensuring compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and quality standards.

• Issue and follow up on redlines, site sketches, and field changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication to all relevant parties.

• Assist in the resolution of clash issues arising from site constraints or conflicts between drawings and actual conditions.

• Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure architectural and fit-out works meet the required standards and project specifications.

• Support the construction team in sequencing and technical planning, especially where detailing or coordination affects progress.

• Coordinate with the office-based design/technical teams to raise RFIs, suggest modifications, and communicate site feedback for ongoing coordination.

  
  

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in architectural execution, with a minimum of 5 years in a site-based technical coordination role.

• Proven expertise in luxury high-end projects, with strong emphasis on interiors, joinery, and finishes.

• Hands-on involvement in technical resolution, detailing and coordination on site.

• Extensive knowledge of buildability, construction sequencing, and site constraints.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Strong ability to interpret and enforce architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and using field coordination tools.

• Excellent site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and inspection procedures.

• Proficient in managing technical documentation on site.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to execution, quality, and precision.

• Proactive and hands-on in resolving challenges on-site.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills to handle multiple priorities.

• Ensure all installations are in line with HSE regulations, site procedures, and permit requirements.

• Participate in site walkdowns, snagging/de-snagging processes, and the preparation of handover documentation.
