Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical drawings, interior detailing packages, and construction documentation in line with approved design concepts.
  • Oversee site implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained through construction and fit-out phases.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and design compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and integrated project delivery.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups, ensuring alignment with design and project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or construction-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards across all interior works.
  • Supervise junior architects and CAD technicians, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Contribute to project schedules, procurement strategies, and budget reviews with respect to interior architectural packages.
  • Prepare and verify as built documentation for project handover and post-completion review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical interior architecture and site execution, preferably with a real estate developer or architectural consultancy.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects from design to handover.
  • Expertise in interior construction techniques, joinery detailing, material specifications, and finishing standards.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and other technical drawing software.
  • Excellent knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
