  • Role Description
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold calling, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and competition. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and reporting on sales activities and performance.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in Egypt and GCC.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the sales team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • +5 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT industry or managed services.
  • Strong network across enterprise and GCC market clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in preparing sales proposals and contracts
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
