Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily Odoo ERP operations

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions

  • Customize and configure Odoo modules based on business needs

  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (APIs)

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance

  • Optimize system performance and handle scalability challenges

  • Support deployments, upgrades, and testing activities

  • Coordinate with users during UAT and ensure successful delivery

  • Document system changes and technical solutions

  • Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure end-to-end delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Odoo (functional and technical)

  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules (HR, Finance, etc.)

  • Good knowledge of:

    • Python & Odoo ORM

    • PostgreSQL

    • APIs / integrations

  • Experience with performance tuning and system optimization

  • Understanding of Odoo architecture and scalable system design

  • Experience with complex integrations and data mapping

  • Familiar with Git and Linux environments

  • Awareness of security best practices and access control

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
