Roles & Responsibilities

Own and drive the commercial success of the venture with the support of the venture lead

Lead partner acquisition efforts and manage strategic relationships

Oversee operations, customer service, and product validation processes

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with the marketing team

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 10+ professionals

Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions

Make data-driven decisions to optimize venture performance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years experience in venture development, entrepreneurship, or business strategy
  • Proven track record of building businesses from concept to scale
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+
  • Demonstrated ability in partner acquisition and relationship management
  • Experience with product validation and market testing methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
