Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-end architectural renderings and animations.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to visualize projects accurately and attractively.
• Ensure all visual outputs align with the company s design philosophy and project expectations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of software and materials for visualization.
• Mentor and oversee junior visualizers, ensuring consistency and quality in all work.
• Conduct research on materials, suppliers, and the latest visualization techniques.
• Manage project deadlines effectively and conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools for architectural visualization.
• Understanding of building codes and architectural standards.
• Ability to produce static visuals, animations, and high-impact presentation materials.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide junior visualizers.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
