Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research for destination pages, tours, and blog topics.
Optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, alt tags).
Improve website structure, internal linking, and page hierarchy.
Monitor website performance (Google Search Console, Analytics).
Fix SEO issues: broken links, redirects, slow loading pages, indexing problems.
Track ranking improvements and produce monthly reports.
Update destination pages, itineraries, and tour descriptions.
Write or edit SEO-friendly blog posts about travel in Thailand.
Upload and format content on WordPress (or your CMS).
Prepare a monthly blog schedule with SEO-driven topics.
Collect information from internal teams (sales, operations).
Choose relevant images and optimize them for SEO.
Publish content following your brand template and guidelines.
Improve page speed (compress images, optimize scripts).
Provide Daily & weekly updates on tasks completed.
Provide monthly performance report: ranking, top pages, organic traffic, new opportunities.
Research high-authority travel websites, blogs, news portals, and niche directories for backlink opportunities.
Evaluate backlink quality (DA/DR, traffic, spam score).
Prepare a backlink media buying plan including
Reach out to backlink websites for negotiations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in SEO (preferably in travel, tourism, or e-commerce).
Strong knowledge of keyword research + SEO tool: Ahrefs
Basic WordPress or CMS editing skills.
Strong English writing & editing skills.
Understanding of content marketing and user intent.
Attention to detail + good research skills.
Up to date with major SEO industry changes, including Google algorithm updates.
Strong awareness of AI Search evolution (e.g., Google SGE, Bing AI Search, AI snippets, zero-click search trends).
Ability to adapt SEO strategies for the future of search (entity-based SEO, topic clustering, structured data, conversational search).
Understands how AI search impacts: content strategy - keyword research - long-tail queries - brand authority - E-E-A-T requirements
