Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to take ownership of our search engine visibility and paid search performance. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and creatively minded, with a passion for driving qualified traffic and measurable results. You will manage SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns to grow LTC s online reach and support local businesses in Cumbria.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted trafficConduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO auditsPlan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing AdsMonitor campaign performance and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROASCollaborate with content and web teams to ensure pages are optimized for both SEO and user experienceStay updated on search algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practicesAnalyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and or and present reports with actionable insights and recommendationsRequired QualificationsProven experience in both SEO and PPC campaign managementStrong understanding of search engine algorithms, Google Ads, and keyword strategiesExperience using SEO and PPC tools such a, , Google Search Console, and Google AdsAbility to analyze data and make informed, results-drivendecisionsFamiliarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesBachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
