Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to real estate portals, property listings, and landing pages
- Perform keyword research focused on Dubai real estate searches (sales, leasing, off-plan, communities, developers)
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, content structure)
- Manage technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, schema, mobile optimization)
- Work closely with content, marketing, and performance teams to align SEO with campaigns
- Optimize property listings and community pages for maximum organic reach
- \Monitor competitors and identify ranking and content opportunities
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of SEO experience, preferably within real estate or property portals
- Strong understanding of local SEO and GEO-based searches (Dubai communities)
- Experience working with real estate CMS / portals (Property Finder, Bayut, custom CRMs is a plus)
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and lead generation
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English required; Arabic is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with off-plan project launches and developer websites
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization
- Basic understanding of paid search and performance marketing
