The Person
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on off-page SEO or link building.
Strong understanding of backlink quality, authority metrics, and link evaluation frameworks.
Experience engaging with authoritative community platforms such as Reddit and contributing ethically to Wikipedia.
Proven ability to run outreach campaigns using tools like
Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting backlink and authority data.
Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Collaborative attitude with cross-functional teams (Content, PR, Brand, Product).
Preferred Qualifications
Background in high-traffic consumer platforms, marketplaces, or classifieds.
Understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and linkable asset frameworks.
Exposure to AI-assisted prospecting, outreach automation, or audience research.
