Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Server Marriott International Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, and provide clear information about dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow
- Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained to brand standards
- Assist guests with dietary needs, recommendations, and service preferences
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering when required
- Support outlet setup for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to service requests
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
- Follow Marriott service guidelines and ensure consistent guest engagement
- Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain seamless operations
- Perform additional duties assigned by F&B supervisors and outlet management
