Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CRM database and make sure all customer details are update and accurate.

• Assist the Marketing Manager is the marketing plans.

• Develop and execute new plans to explore alternative marketing solutions to increase brand awareness among target customers.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve them.

• Analysis and reporting on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, retention revenue.

• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

• Consolidation and Analysis of Sales reports to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

• Management and compilation of project management documentation


Desired Candidate Profile

Required:

Diploma / High School Pass
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role with similar responsibilities is mandatory
Should be able to Read, Write and Speak in Arabic and English
Fluent use of MS Office package
Prior experience in usage of ERP software would be an advantage.
