Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and explain work to be carried out
Greet customers and troubleshoot their vehicle service and repair requirements
Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors on job progress
Update customers on repair status, delays, and additional work approvals
Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and service documentation
Promote value-added services and maintenance recommendations
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
Maintain customer records and follow up on completed jobs
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
Good knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (invoicing, job cards, workshop software)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
