Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless communication flow regarding service needs and vehicle issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to accurately diagnose problems and communicate findings to customers in an understandable manner.
- Create detailed service estimates for customers, breaking down costs and services to foster transparency and trust.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity to maximize productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive-related education or certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance.
ASE certification or similar credentials that validate technical knowledge and expertise in automotive service.
Bilingual candidates are highly preferred, particularly those fluent in English and another language relevant to the customer base.
