Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide immediate assistance with a genuine smile, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the service area, including tables, floors, and restrooms, ensuring a pristine environment.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver orders promptly and courteously, ensuring each guest receives their selections with care.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of supplies such as condiments, napkins, and cutlery, ensuring smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Prepare simple beverages and food items, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, contributing to the overall efficiency of the dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Possesses a valid food handler's certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, showcasing adaptability and customer management.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with service environments.
- No specific nationality preference, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with additional language skills being an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective guest interaction.
