Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily technician assignments to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor and ensure timely closure of all maintenance work orders.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, especially for Daikin VRV/VRF systems.
  • Operate and manage tasks through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure technician adherence to procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews and orientation for technicians to ensure work quality.
  • Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quick support and resolution in case of escalations or delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in maintenance coordination and field operations.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, particularly VRV/VRF.
  • Excellent scheduling and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS or similar systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach and attention to service quality.
  • Ability to train, guide, and monitor technicians effectively.
  • Driving License is an Add on
