Day to day coordination for service calls and manpower allocation.
• Logging in all incoming phone calls for services and issues and reconciling them on daily basis.
• Constantly monitoring all incoming mails and acting on them. Passing them to concerned persons if others involvement required.
• Quoting for all service queries/spares in consultation with Service Manager.
• If any customer complaints received; immediately apprising same to Service Manager/Asst. Service Manager and implementing corrective action as required.
• Closure of all service queries on day to day basis and forwarding same for job opening. If any spares required for particular jobs indenting same immediately.
• Maintaining log for pending jobs which require follow up and following up them for completion.
Maintaining record of all Port registrations and renewing them as and when required.
• Listing all service related issues and discussing regularly with Service Manager.
• Updating Data for new clients and passing information to accounts.
