As a successful and preferred recruitment partner to one of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in the world, we have been asked to assist in the hire of an individual to assist with Incident, Problem and Change Management and wider Service Level Standards & Processes for the Cyber Security function. You will be positioned in our client's global HQ in the vibrant and extravagant multicultural city of Dubai and will join them on a long-term rolling contract basis (12+ Months).
Experience and Skills Required
*Responsible for improving the process maturity and adherence of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
*Improve stability and operational excellence on all security technologies being supported, eg: automation, centralised management, etc.
*Works with stakeholders/vendors to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
*Ensure SLA and service credit are met as per the agreed contract with internal and external stake holders
*Ensure vendor, third party, internal and external contracts/agreements are negotiated and renewed on timely manner.
*Facilitates calls with technical, account management, vendors and/or the client when necessary to ensure SLAs/SLOs are met and conduct service/KPI reviews.
*Participate in the Maturity Assessment of Service Management Processes contributing to the identification of process gaps and improvise the maturity level progressively.
*Maintain documented process flows and procedures separate from any computerized tool to ensure continuity of the process no matter which tool is used and maintain knowledge articles and documentation matrix.
*Use the Configuration Management System to account for all Computing Assets and configurations to provide accurate information on configurations items/inventory and provide a sound basis for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management and to verify configuration records against the infrastructure and correct any exceptions.
*Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
*ITIL / COBIT or similar certifications
*Experience of Service Delivery Environment (including problem, capacity, service level management and service continuity experience)
