Service Designer/Customer Experience Designer

Job Description

* Hands-on design expert, taking concepts forward and working hand-in-hand with multiple teams to implement services across multiple products and solutions
* Think systemically and are a natural at zooming out to see the big picture, then diving in to nail the important minute details
* Champion Services Design within the organisation and work with multiple teams to design and scale BayanPay services
* Design for both the target user’s experience and organization’s ability to implement and scale
* Design and Maintain the integrity of products across platforms and the best channels to communicate something new to customers and merchants
* Communicate and envision service concepts and ideas to team members
* Experience in using diverse set of methods & tools that illustrate all the components and touch-points for the services
* Participate in the delivery of a range of projects, defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
* Experience with concepting, ideation, and iterative prototyping

Desired Qualifications
Graduate with Deep knowledge in customer experience design and Service Design skills. 5+ years of professional experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position. Deep understanding and tastes of the design aspects of the Saudi culture and society. Expertise in design thinking/human-centered design. Arabic knowledge preferred.
