Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
* Manage day-to-day operational relationships with a portfolio of institutional custody clients, ensuring top-tier service and retention
* Build a deep understanding of client structures, operational needs, and market dynamics to offer customized solutions
* Lead enquiry resolution, process improvements, and service automation to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
* Maintain service plans, client profiles, and conduct structured client calls to proactively address service gaps
* Support new client acquisition by contributing to proposals, presentations, onboarding plans, and implementation roadmaps
* Collaborate with the Head of Client Management to track and convert sales pipeline deals
* Work cross-functionally with operations, onboarding, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Stay informed on regulatory changes and securities services trends across GCC and global markets
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a related field
* Minimum 5 years experience in securities services, custody operations, or institutional banking
* At least 3 years in a client-facing, relationship management, or business development role within financial services
* Strong knowledge of custody services, fund administration (preferred), and GCC/international market regulations
* Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and influence internal stakeholders
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
* Driven, solutions-oriented, and commercially focused with a track record of client revenue growth
