Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and maintain jewelry industry machinery and ancillary devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in equipment such as furnaces, steam cleaners, water filtration systems, rolling mills, ultrasonic machines, and polishing machines.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and records of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Train customers or operators on proper usage and basic maintenance of machines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with industrial/jewelry machinery
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work independently and travel for site visits
