Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Must have experience in installing and servicing large format digital printing machines including UV printers, flatbed printers, roll-to-roll printers, hybrid printers and sublimation printers at client sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and software-related issues to deliver accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring smooth operations, timely problem resolution and strong client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining detailed service reports and documentation for every installation and service visit.
Skills Required:

Must have experience in installing and servicing large format digital printing machines.
