Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics on equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently.

  • Provide on-site and remote support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, meticulously documenting each service action for compliance and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

  • Experience in Weighing Scales - Installation,Troubleshooting, Repair, Testing, and Calibration

  • Weighbridge and advance weighing applications software installation & setup

  • Developing leads for AMC, Buy back orders PLC & Hydraulics Knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Effective management of in house repair material Successful delivery, installation & commissioning of products at client site on time

  • Weighing Scales software support + Installation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in service engineering, particularly in the relevant industry.
  • Certifications such as Certified Service Technician (CST) or relevant OEM certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience working with complex machinery and systems, with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
