Provide hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of pumping systems at customer sites and workshops.

Execute troubleshooting, assessment, repair, and start-up activities at customer sites.

Commissioning and start-up of new pumps, pump sets, and control systems.

Inspect, disassemble, reassemble, and test pumps and motors.

Prepare detailed service and commissioning reports.

Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical support when needed.

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience servicing water pumps and electric motors in an industrial environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Egypt as required.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
