Roles & Responsibilities
Performance & Customer Satisfaction:
- Achieve service department goals and KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
- Manage customer requirements and maintain high satisfaction levels.br> strong>Oversight of Teams:/strong>
- Supervise internal and external (ASCs Authorized Service Centers) teams, ensuring accountability for service quality.
- Address issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance.br>
Qualifications:
- Technical background in HVAC/R or related fields.
- Experience in service contract management and team coordination.
- Strong analytical skills for planning and performance tracking.
- Work Environment:
- Field visits, office-based planning, and team coordination.br>
