In this role, you will ensure high quality technical service is provided to assigned TCD customers through the installation of new and upgraded equipment while providing escalated troubleshooting and maintenance support. Identify and respond to potential and known equipment failures, determine cost estimates, and identify quality, process, and service improvements to enhance our technical service delivery.

What You Will Do:
• Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements
• Act as a safety champion at customers sites
• Complete plant surveys and determine project costs and Bill of Material (BOM) lists for project planning
• Coordinate internal and/or external installation teams, when required, including service requests, project priorities, external vendor selection, and project quotes & BOM
• Install, in partnership with field teams and contractors, all TCD equipment including, cable trays, cables, tubing and related sensors or others devices per project timelines and budgets
• Dismantle and remove older installations when customers contracts expire
• Train territory managers and S&I s on newly installed systems
• Maintain maintenance plans, spare-part lists, CE declarations and documentation for all installed equipment and systems
Service & Maintenance:
• Provide escalated technical support, training and troubleshooting for customers and field ensuring full understanding of use/maintenance of systems with limited downtime for customers operations
• Maintain spare part car-stock
• Update software on controllers and systems when problems are found or upon recommendation from the International support & development team
• Manage schedule/workload to ensure commitments are delivered on time with ability to adapt to unexpected changes
Customer Value Delivery and Documentation:
• Proactively monitor and identify potential equipment and software failures and implement solutions to avoid production issues
• Identify, quantify and communicate the Ecolab value provided (service reports)
Account Prospecting in conjunction with TM /CAM / BDM:
• Support sales teams, as requested, to create and deliver customer presentations on new systems, equipment, and answering technical questions
• Support and organize trials with proper installs and test unit removal

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 5 years mechanical/electrical/plumbing related experience and/or aptitude; experience with mechanical & electrical installations
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; ability to read blueprints and schematics to install systems
• Good electrical knowledge and trouble shooting skills
• Experience working with a variety of hand, power and air operated tools
• Experience working with and knowledge of computers (e.g., MS Office suite)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
• Driver s license
• Fluency in English language
