Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out minor periodic service maintenance in line with MG Guidelines & IEM SOP.
- Repair or replace worn and faulty parts as per job order.
- Perform Vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
- Use diagnostic scanning tools (VDS) to read and erase faults.
- Assist repair and diagnostic technicians when required.
- Continuously update technical knowledge through formal training sessions.
- Maintain an inventory of standard technician tools.
- Provide clear write-ups of tasks performed and escalate safety-related issues.
- Clock in/out for assigned job orders as per standard procedure.
- Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to obtain required parts.
- Follow superior s instructions and company SOPs at all times.
- Maintain professional appearance, positive attitude, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: High Diploma in Mechanics.
- Certification: Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic preferred.
- Skills & Abilities: Computer literate; knowledge of telephone and workshop systems preferred.
