Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial commodity trades
- Ensure pricing, due dates, and invoice calculations comply with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
- Execute timely settlement of trades, resolving discrepancies and settlement issues efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to address invoicing and payment queries
- Prepare, review, and present invoices and supporting documentation in line with trade contracts and letter of credit requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve settlement workflows and support ad hoc projects when required
- Ensure compliance with trading standards, tax requirements, sanctions policies, and anti-money laundering regulations
