Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate shearing machines, ensuring precise cuts according to blueprints and specifications, maintaining accuracy within tight tolerances.
  • Utilize bending machines to form sheet metal components, adjusting settings for different angles and radii, ensuring consistent and high-quality bends.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to understand project requirements and material specifications.
  • Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks, including layout, marking, and assembling components using various hand and power tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational understanding of technical concepts.

  • Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in sheet metal fabrication or a related field, providing practical skills and knowledge.

  • Certification in operating shearing and bending machines, showcasing proficiency and adherence to safety standards.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, with hands-on experience operating shearing and bending machines.


Candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience in sheet cutting, bending and machine operating. Knowledge of sheering and bending.
