Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We currently looking for an experienced and talented “Shift Engineer” for a reputed Gas manufacturing company.

Contract Type: Full Time

1. Supervise the ASU operators and assistant operators in recording the plant parameters in log sheets that signed and reported to team leader.

2. Supervising the day-today activities of the assistant operators such as filling activities and parameters monitoring.

3. Coordinate with Maintenance Department on the maintenance jobs required in the plant after reporting to team leader.

4. Responsible for all control room activities and control all plant parameters ensuring that plant production quality and safety storing parameters achieved.

5. Compliance to the required SHEQ program standards

6. Responsible for monitoring plant liquid stock and controlling plant mode as per team leader instructions.

7. Report any abnormality in plant parameters to team leader and sharing in studying plant problems and all improvements calculations.

8. To work as facility coordinator to follow up the site activities in afternoon and night shifts and report it daily to team leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge in industrial operation process and equipment like (Oxygen, Hydrogen & Acetylene plant) or similar plant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Well organized
  • Able to work on shifts and changing for 24/7 Operations.

Education: Technical graduate Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical course.
