Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To supervise manpower and control production.
Improving the production efficiency and introducing efficient production methods.
Proficiency in SAP operating module preferred.
Ensure all product and quality standards are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result (According to BOM, QDM Formula Cards, and Machine Standards)
Managing the workers according the production shift schedule.
Managing and estimating the required raw materials by proper assessment of production planning, manpower planning etc.
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates and efficiencies
Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, showcasing a solid foundation in core engineering principles. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, demonstrating practical knowledge of engineering operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics, driving informed decision-making in engineering tasks. Team-oriented with demonstrated interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams across the organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree Experience: Minimum 2 -5 years Salary – 2,500/- to 5,000/- per month
