Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Issue sales orders to Buyers and POs to suppliers Follow up on buyers POs & supplier confirmations Negotiating rates with freight forwarders. Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines & forwarders Prepare & verify export shipping documents (Invoice, PL, BL, COO, etc.) Handle invoicing, and co-ordinate with accounts for payments Ensure shipments move as per plan & documents are delivered on time

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong coordination & communication skills 2–5 years of shipping/logistics/trading experience Knowledge of cross-trade / export documentation
