Duties will include:
* Taking ownership of your own accounts and developing customers and markets
* Selling multi-modal freight services, warehousing and logistics
* External sales visits and presentations to prospective clients
* Business development of existing and new business contacts
* Negotiating rates
* Closing sales
* Preparing a forecast of potential market revenue
* Demonstrate clear gross profit margins on all trade lanes
Essential skills/experience required:
* With 5 years experience in UAE market in same field.
* A good knowledge of the freight forwarding industry (essential)
* Experience in selling multi modal freight services
* Able to identify clear business opportunities and to convert them
* Strong field sales experience and a proven track record within the freight industry
* Keen, enthusiastic and self-motivated personality
* Ability to communicate well both face to face and over the telephone
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
* Working to targets
Salary negotiable according to experience.
