Roles & Responsibilities
Leading the casting shop, establishing casting production plans, and encouraging organizational efficiency, reviewing, and evaluating results, instructing and suggesting new work plans, listening to opinions and feedback, managing shop personnel

Required Candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
More than 15 years of experience in production plants.
Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of the casting business.
