Roles & Responsibilities
2. Job Purpose
The Showroom Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom to meet sales and gross margin targets. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, planning promotional events, maintaining product displays, and keeping up with market trends. The Showroom In-Charge will also manage lease and maintenance contracts, recommend new product lines, and utilize the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
3. Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
• Meet the assigned sales and gross margin targets of the showroom.
• Responsible for the development and growth of showroom sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display.
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
• Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
• Manage the lease and maintenance contracts of the showroom and take necessary measures for the renewal process.
• Recommend new product lines and business areas to grow the business.
• Maintain product display and cleanliness in the showroom.
• Ensure that the showroom is up to the mark in terms of product mix, visual merchandising, and design.
• Take customer information and feedback and maintain a database.
• Use the company CRM and follow Group Sales Process.
Managerial Responsibilities
• Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities provided by the company, reading new product features, new technology, and the latest product line.
• Provide updates on goal progress, ensuring alignment with showroom and corporate objectives.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve team objectives, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
Organizational Responsibilities
• Follow governance policies and procedures within the showroom.
• Generate and submit regular operational reports on showroom tasks and projects to higher management, highlighting key performance metrics and progress updates.
• Support change initiatives by communicating changes to showroom staff and providing feedback.
• Participate in opportunities to enhance job-specific skills and knowledge, aiding personal and organizational growth.

Professional Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
Educational Qualifications and Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
