To handle a store-based role that consistently delivers the customer service proposition through commercial decisions/activities, local market awareness and the development of an effective team.

Reports to: Retail Manager

 Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the store.
 Mainly focused upon delivering sales and profit.
 Ensuring the visual merchandising of the store is in order.
 Establishing and maintaining effective administration systems & records.
 Being aware of the new brands, products and promotions launched within the company and outside the company.
 Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
 Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
 Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
 Adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for the store.
 Ensuring the assigned monthly sales target is met within the set deadlines.
 Ensuring the entire staff delivers the excellent customer service.
 Ensuring the relevant stocks is available in the store.
 Assisting subordinates to replenish and arranging the products according to the store needs.
 Accountable for managing all in store petty cash & float requirements.
 Daily checking of DTS(Daily Transaction Summary)
 Daily checking the credit card machine is uploaded properly.
 Daily send deposit cash slip to accounts.
 Daily check security alarm system is working properly.
 Daily check stock quantity and availability, if any quantity is out of stock, arrange stock as required.
 Daily check staff’s uniform, name badges and grooming standard as per company policy.
 Impart training to staffs and update them regularly regarding our products, company policies, brands details, new promotions, Bank EPP, credit card machines, computer related work and discount policies.
 Making NOC, if staff is going on vacation or transfer.
 Ensuring that accurate sales figures are being informed to the ASM/or concerned senior manager in absence of ASM before end of the day.
 Educate the customer related to our unique benefits.
 You need to make sure that the customer fully understands the product and the policy in order to satisfy the customer, that they will patronize the company in return via viral marketing (mouth to mouth advertisement).
 To check the emails regarding any new instructions from Head Office or immediate superiors and update your co- sales staff.
 Guarantee Showroom maintenance and required cleanliness /hygiene.
 Maintaining/ complying with the ISO standards in the showroom
 Work in adherence to the standard norms and polices of the company.
