Role

• Coordinate and supervise field activities during shutdown, ensuring adherence to safety and project schedules.
• Monitor work progress, resolve field issues, and maintain communication between execution teams and management.
• Ensure proper documentation of daily activities, work permits, and shutdown progress reports.
• Verify compliance with shutdown procedures, HSE policies, and quality standards at site.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to achieve smooth execution of shutdown tasks.
• Experience as Field Operator in oil and gas projects is preferable

Key Skill Required

• Strong knowledge of shutdown and turnaround operations in oil & gas.
• Excellent field coordination and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with work permit systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple teams under tight schedules.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
