Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study construction drawings and formwork layouts to understand project requirements.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and dismantle formwork or shuttering structures for:
    Columns
    Beams
    Slabs
    Foundations
    Retaining walls
  • Use materials like plywood, timber, steel, and prefabricated systems (Peri, Doka, etc.).
  • Install supports, braces, and scaffolding to reinforce formwork.
  • Apply release agents to prevent concrete from sticking

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a shuttering/formwork carpenter
  • Age Limit: 25 – 45 years
  • Skills Needed:
    Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools
    Knowledge of both traditional and modern formwork systems
    Familiarity with hand tools and power tools (circular saws, drills, etc.)
  • Passport Type: ECNR / ECR both accepted
  • Interview Type: Client Interview
  • Health & Safety: Must follow PPE and site safety rules
  • Duty Hours: 8 hours/day
