Roles & Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and instructions for shuttering work.
Assemble, install, and dismantle formwork/shuttering for concrete structures.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and stability of shuttering.
Use hand tools and power tools safely for carpentry tasks.
Maintain high standards of safety on site and follow construction regulations.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction teams for smooth workflow.
Inspect and maintain carpentry tools and report any damages.
Assist in on-site problem solving related to shuttering and formwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shuttering/formwork/carpentry on construction sites.
Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Physically fit with good stamina and coordination.
Team player with good communication skills.
